To participate and further to claim the gift as shown on Scratch card, such scratch card holder needs to compulsorily register himself on www.scheme.rajnigandha.com and then input the details of Scratch Cards. Holder can log in at any time with mobile number & OTP to see the details pertaining to his/her scratch card(s) on user Dashboard.

Participation requires purchasing at least one Rajnigandha or Tansen (100g) Master Carton with a Scratch Card.

Participants must be of legal age i.e. 18 years, to participate in this scheme.

The Scratch Card is within a transparent poly, attached to the Master Carton flap. It's visible from outside due to the transparent poly. Don’t buy the Master Carton if scratch card is not inside the Master Carton.

Each Rajnigandha Master Carton has 1 scratch card inside.

To participate and further to claim the gift as shown on Scratch card, such scratch card holder needs to compulsorily register himself on www.scheme.rajnigandha.com and then input the details of Scratch Cards. The physical copy of original scratch card (after tearing counter foil) is to be submitted to Authorized Distributor / DSL’s Sales Representative. Before submitting the original scratch card, tear the counter foil, get it sign/stamped by Authorized Distributor and keep it safe for receiving of Gift.

For claiming the gift, you need to submit a copy of your Aadhar Card/PAN and sign a No Claim Certificate after receiving the gift. This is to ensure verification and facilitate the gift distribution process. Authorized Distributor / DSL’s Sales Representative will stamp the counter foil with “Gift Received” & shall be signed by winner.

Trade Partners will get only Gifts mentioned on the Scratch Card and the same are neither transferable and nor can be encashed. The Scratch Card has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional value.

Each card allows you to claim one gift; multiple winning Scratch cards mean multiple gifts.

If your Scratch Card reveals "Try Again" you can still register the card on the website and have a chance to win a virtual scratch card. Registering 20 such cards will result in receiving a digital Scratch Coupon that could potentially reveal a gift or "Try Again”.

The account holder needs to scratch the same virtually upon which the system shall randomly display the name/image of item, which may be any one of the Gift or try again as depicted on the Original Scratch Card.

You can log in to your user dashboard on the scheme's website using your mobile number and OTP. This dashboard will display details about your Scratch Cards, including the status of your Virtual Scratch Coupons.

Torn and Damaged Cards/ Cards without legible QR code and Serial no will not be entertained
